My 11 month lab has one eye that is ringed in pink, including the eyelid.. The eyelid seems to droop more than her other eyelid as well. Is this normal?

my 13 month old lab, kirby has the same thing. our vet checked it out because i was concerned about how it seemed to be one eye more than the other and she assured us it was fine and completely normal. he just has droopy eyes.
