To post a pic you need to host it to a site like shutterfly, photobucket, etc. I use shutterfly, here's the way to do it:

After uploading the pics, double click on the pic (it will enlarge), right click the pic and select "Properties", right click in the gray box and select "Copy All", right click again and select "Select All". Come here and click on the little orange guy next to "Manager", a long box will come up, right click in it and select "Paste", hit enter twice and the string will show up here. You can preview before you submit.

To do your siggy pic, do the same thing, but go to "Edit Acccount".
